    Release any tension in the body and let off steam so you can feel light, relaxed, and let go of anything you are holding onto physically, mentally, and energetically. This practice is designed for you to align with your highest self.

    This is a practice for you to reset yourself! Practice pranayama breathing exercises as well as yoga asana so you can start fresh and begin again.

  • Restore

    Time to completely rest and restore. You will totally relax and allow your nervous to settle into the parasympathetic "rest and digest" state. This practice is a sweet and loving gift to yourself.

    Connect back to your true self - in your purest, simplest form. This 20-min meditation serves as a reminder that you are enough as you are - right now.
